PLEASE VIEW OUR FANTASTIC FEST PAGE: "Microgravity" will be playing immediately before both screenings of "Tideland" at the Alamo South Lamar A, Friday September 22 at 6:15pm and Saturday September 23 at 1:00 PM. "Tideland" follows the adventures of Jeliza-Rose, a young girl whose mother dies of a heroin overdose. Taken from the big city to the rural country by her father, Jeliza-Rose's attempts to cope with her tragedy become increasingly erratic, leading her to communicate with bodyless Barbie Doll heads and Dell, a neighborhood woman who always wears a beekeeper's veil. Screenwriter Seth Talley will be in attendance at the 6:15pm showing. "Tideland" premiered at the 2005 Toronto International Film Festival and opens in US Theatres on October 13th, 2006.
